Employees can work at our home base lab/office in Pleasanton, CA
or work remotely or a mix of both worlds.

Step 1 - APPLY
Your values align with ours and you're interested in joining AP (or K). So, you apply for your next DREAM JOB!
Step 2 - REVIEW
A member of the hiring team will take time to carefully review what you've taken the time to share with us. If we think your submission aligns with a role we are looking to fill, you'll move to the next step. If there isn't alignment this time, you'll receive a note from our team anyway, thanking you for taking the time to share a little about yourself. We hope we'll hear from you again!
Step 3 - GETTING TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE
If we think there's an opportunity in our team that aligns to your skill set, we'll set up a series of conversations with you so we can get to know you better. But it's not just about us. We also want you to get to know about us too - we'll make lots of time for that as we usher you through 2-3 short focused interviews, and 1 in-depth exploration interview with your future leader.
Step 4 - CHECKS
Before we seal the deal, we'll conduct applicable background checks
