Sustainable, Complete Protein

The demand for protein is on the rise. By 2050, there will be an estimated 10 billion mouths to feed, requiring protein production rates to almost double. Modern agriculture cannot sustainably expand to meet this growing demand. It has the same geographical footprint as Africa and South America put together, plus it omits more greenhouse gases than all cars, trucks, planes, and trains combined. Our natural microbes convert carefully selected CO2 into nutritious protein. We use 10,000x less land and 2,000x less water than modern agriculture does, and we have a very small carbon footprint because we recycle CO2, like plants do, instead of omitting it like animals.
